What can you tell me about MonaVie’s açai patent?

MonaVie’s açai patent was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on March 22, 2004. This patent was then separated into four patents, and the USPTO approved and issued our açai patent (US 7,563,465) on July 21, 2009. (Three additional patents will be issued by the USPTO in the future; these additional patents will strengthen the uniqueness of MonaVie’s açai.)
